charmed by the unexpected
helpful staff spacious room great breakfast close metro
the staff helped me with my luggage. the room was very spacious. the breakfast had a good variety of options. the metro station was also close. i found restaurants nearby. the cleanliness was really good. i felt safe and secure throughout my stay. the room had enough space for three people and that was nice.
the coffee provided in the room was not to my liking, it is a very slight detail.

the hotel is near the metro. the hotel has its own parking area. the hotel is close to shops. a mcdonald's restaurant is nearby, and that may be helpful.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
the room had a good size, sufficient for my needs.
The area felt unsafe at night. I probably wouldn't recommend walking around alone after dark (i'm not easily spooked, but still).

spacious room friendly staff slow service rat problem
The room was spacious, a Superior Suite Double Bed Sofa Bed. It was also very clean. Staff members were helpful and friendly.
The check-in service was slow. The neighborhood had litter everywhere. I saw rats near the hotel entrance.

The room offered plenty of space. I enjoyed the sofa bed in the Superior Suite Double Bed Sofa Bed. Daily cleaning service kept everything fresh . The location proved convenient, close to the metro for quick trips.

unsafe feeling street vendors
The hotel included a parking garage .
The neighborhood felt unsafe (even during the day, mind you). A weekend market selling cheap items took place right outside. there were street vendors. It made me nervous.

faulty shower uncomfortable temperature
The breakfast offered a good range of options.
The room was uncomfortably warm, even with the window open, as the air conditioning was turned off. I requested a fan multiple times but never received one. My shower did not work despite reporting it repeatedly and receiving promises of repair.
